Using Kopzy

By using kopzy.com you agree to these terms. Accounts must be created by an adult (a parent, guardian, or teacher), who is responsible for the account and for children using it. Please use Kopzy for personal or classroom learning only, and don’t copy, resell, or try to break the site.

Plans and prices

• Free demo: $0, no account needed.
• Parent Premium: $19.95/month or $167.95/year for the first child. Each additional child in the same household is 25% off: $14.96/month or $125.96/year. Example: 2 children = $34.91/month or $293.91/year.
• Teachers: $9 per student per month.

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes may be added. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Auto-renewal and cancelling

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each month or year, and your card is charged unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing [email protected]; access continues until the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds

Monthly plans: full refund if you ask within 7 days of your first charge. Yearly plans: full refund if you ask within 30 days of the charge. Otherwise, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires.

Price changes

We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before a price change applies to your plan, so you can cancel first.

Our content

The games, questions, art, and music on Kopzy are original and owned by EB Technologies, LLC. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use them while your account is active.

No guarantees

Kopzy is a practice tool. We don’t guarantee any test score or result, and the service is provided “as is” without warranties. See our Disclaimers.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, EB Technologies, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending accounts

We may suspend accounts that misuse the site. You can close your account at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Bergen County, New Jersey.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post changes here and email account holders about important ones. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.
